My IT career began after earning an Advanced Diploma in System Engineering from IPMC, where I built foundational skills in system and network administration. I completed my national service at the Obuasi Municipal Assembly, providing user support and managing network infrastructure.

I advanced to a System Engineer role at IPMC Service Center, where I managed servers, configured networks, and implemented backup solutions using Veeam. My responsibilities included working with Linux systems and Cisco network devices.

Currently, I serve as an IT Support professional at Multithread ICT Solutions. I manage Microsoft 365 environments, lead mailbox migrations, oversee Microsoft Teams and SharePoint deployments, and ensure compliance through Microsoft Purview. Alongside my work, I’ve earned multiple Microsoft and Cisco certifications and am pursuing a BSc in Information Technology to deepen my expertise.
